Hybrid Performance Coaching is my online coaching option for first-time and developing HYROX athletes who want a plan built around their race, schedule, goals, and current fitness level.
Training is delivered through TrainHeroic and built around the pieces that matter most for HYROX and hybrid performance:
-Running development
-Strength training
-HYROX-specific conditioning
-Station prep
-Pacing strategy

-Weekly check-ins and coach feedback
This is for the athlete who wants more than random workouts or a generic template.
A 4-week standalone program designed to introduce you to structured hybrid training.
The Hybrid Build includes 4 workouts per week, with an optional 5th session if your schedule allows. It is built for athletes who want a focused training block that blends strength, conditioning, running, and HYROX-inspired work.
This is a good place to start if you are curious about HYROX, new to hybrid training, or not ready for full coaching yet.
Programs and coaching are delivered through TrainHeroic, making it easy to follow your workouts, track progress, and stay consistent.
Depending on the option you choose, your training may include structured programming, check-ins, coach feedback, race strategy, and adjustments based on your schedule and goals.
