I’m an ACSM-certified personal trainer, HYROX Level-1 Performance Coach, and HYROX Pro Division athlete. I coach first-time and developing HYROX athletes who want to train with more structure, build confidence, and prepare the right way for race day.
My coaching is built around one simple idea:
Hard work matters, but random work only gets you so far.
HYROX requires running capacity, useful strength, station skill, pacing, recovery, and the ability to repeat effort under fatigue. My job is to help athletes put those pieces together in a way that makes sense for their goals, schedule, and current fitness level.
My approach is direct, practical, and built around progression.
I don't believe every workout needs to crush you to be effective. There is a time to push, but there also needs to be a plan behind the work.
Through Hybrid Performance Coaching, I help athletes:
-Build a stronger engine
-Improve strength that carries over to the race
-Prepare for HYROX stations with purpose
-Balance running, lifting, conditioning, and recovery
-Train consistently without guessing every week

HYROX has become a major part of my own training and coaching because it rewards the type of fitness I believe in: strength, endurance, discipline, pacing, and the ability to stay composed under fatigue.
As I continue building myself as an athlete, I use that experience to better coach the people I work with. I know what it feels like to chase improvement, manage real-life schedules, and try to balance performance with everything else outside the gym.
