Why I Coach. Why It Matters.

I didn’t get into fitness for the abs or the aesthetics — I got into it because I watched my dad go through years of injuries, surgeries, and physical therapy. I saw what it meant to lose physical freedom. At first, I thought I’d follow the rehab route. But after earning my degree in Fitness & Wellness Leadership from SUNY Plattsburgh and becoming an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, I realized my heart wasn’t in the clinic — it was on the gym floor. Coaching gave me purpose. Helping people move better, feel stronger, and show up with more confidence? That lit a fire in me.

I started training clients back in 2017 at New York Sports Club and worked there until the world shut down in 2020. When that chapter closed, I opened a personal training studio with a business partner. For a few years, we built a tight-knit small group community — but eventually, something in me started to shift. I missed the one-on-one work. I missed the deep connection. And I started feeling the pull to build something more aligned with who I was becoming — as an athlete, as a coach, and as a leader.

That shift really took off when I discovered HYROX. Training for it fired me up in a way I hadn’t felt in years. I prepped six clients for their first race in NYC, and we all crossed the finish line together — me included. Watching them dig deep and push past their limits brought me back to life. I was the loudest person in the venue that day — because I wanted each one of them to feel what I felt: proud, powerful, and fully alive. That race was more than a finish line — it was a turning point.

Now, I’m all in on the hybrid space. I train for it. I coach it. I live it. My mission is simple: help real people train like athletes so they can feel unstoppable — in and out of the gym. Whether you’re chasing a podium or just want to move better and feel stronger, I’m here to guide you, push you, and grow with you.

I believe training should fit your life — not the other way around. I believe consistent effort beats perfection every time. And I believe that building strength, grit, and confidence in the gym carries over into every other part of your life.

Let’s build that together.
